The 4pm Challenge Game

The Jolly Volleys were the early odds on favorite to win the whole thing, unfortunately they lost a close match early in the tournament & were forced to fight their way back thru the losers bracket. 80 Degrees, made up of unknown players looked good early and had a fairly easy time of it to make it to the final of the winners bracket where they beat the Fearsome Foursome with no problem. 

After a long wait the 80 Degrees were overflowing with confidence that they could handle the winner of the loser's bracket who turned out to be the Jolly Volleys! The Jolly Volleys had won three close games in a row & were dead tired. All 80 Degrees had to do was win one game & go home. But somehow the Jolly Volleys won the first game! 

The crowd was stunned & word spread like wildfire throughout the campground. Soon the stands were filled and the tension was so thick you could cut  it with a knife. The confidence that 80 Degrees had was no more. The Jolly Volleys won going away! This was surely a comeback for the ages.       

After the final, the players voted for an all star campers team. The top  vote getter was Don Johnson from the Jolly Volleys with 22 votes. The All Star team then proceeded to humiliate the Mikey team winning the match by scores of 15 to 1 in the first game, and a skunk in the second game, 11 to 0. The consensus was that Mikey's team needed a lot more practice before they issued anymore challenges.
